It’s nearly time for Pancake Day! Shrove Tuesday is on March 5th this year and we are looking forward to eating our own body weight in pancakes, as it is also known as the last day of ‘fat eating’ (before Lent).
The perfect pancake recipe consists of:
100g plain flour
1 tbsp. sunflower oil (more for frying)
a pinch of salt
Mix it all up, cook them, flip them, serve them, then eat them!
